Our background
Sweden is an export driven economy with exports in 2014 reaching 1,745 Bn SEK and accounting for 45% of GDP and expected to grow higher in 2015. Way back in 2009 we recognised the need for a recruitment service that specialised in helping Swedish companies operate in international markets by tapping into the experience, cultural background and language skills of international professionals and students in Sweden.

EnglishJobs.se is an initiative by Intermind Consulting, specialising in recruiting international talent for Swedish companies.
Since 2009 have helped over 2000 professionals connect with traditional companies such as as Ericsson, Skanska, ABB, Volvo and SAAB as well Swedish startups such as Spotify, TrueCaller, Klarna and Skype.

MARKET research (Pre-entry)
For established companies and startups considering entering into new markets, we provide market research and due diligence services. This includes market landscape analysis, competitor analysis and a comprehensive SWOT analysis.

Operations research
We carry out "on the ground" research and due-diligence on technical, legal, operational and functional issues in partnership with selected local expertise.

Business plan RESEARCH
For startups entering new markets, we carry out business plan specific research for marketing strategy, sales strategy, legal, operations, logistics and back office requirements. We also carry out risk assessment and risk mitigation studies for investors.
SALES STRATEGY & PROCESS
An effective sales strategy and process requires market specific experience, insights and connections. We develop sales strategies for local markets worldwide using our country specialists and network of local partners.

SALES SUPPORT & LEAD GENERATION
Our country experts typically work together with your Sales VP or senior sales executives to provide lead research. We use industry standard tools such as Hoovers, Bloomberg and SalesForce CRM. We build sales databases from the ground up, customised to your target job titles and markets from Mid-management to CXO level.

Recruitment CONSULTING
We usually work together with human resource managers to develop recruitment profiles - including personality, skills, experience and knowledge requirements for specific markets. This would also typically include advisory on organisational structure, local pay structure, benefits and incentive programmes.

We focus on finding talent with the right experience, skills and local knowledge for the job and matches your corporate culture. We also carry out industry standard human resource evaluation tests for personality and skills.

Translation & INTERPRETATION
We support business processes between international teams by providing comprehensive translation and interpretation services. This includes digital media, legal and technical documentation. We work exclusively with certified translators and provide support in over 30 languages.

Cultural Orientation
Understanding cultural nuances, customs, values, business etiquette and communication styles is crucial to the success of multi-cultural teams. We offer inter-cultural communication workshops for distributed business teams, spread out over geographic regions and time zones.

Sweden looks to Africa to boost trade
Finance Minister Anders Borg said Sweden needed to sell to more markets outside Europe. Sub-Saharan Africa's economy would expand 5.6% this year and 6.1% in the next one, the International Monetary Fund (IMF) said last month. The region is outgrowing an estimated global expansion of 3.3% this year. Africa's youthful population, its huge production potential, its market and its vitality will play a crucial role when it comes to vitalising the world economy.
