Vi söker en kollega till vår IT-avdelning i Stockholm som kan stötta våra lokala användare i Oliver Wyman. Vår miljö är särskilt omfattande på lokal, nordisk och global nivå och består bland annat av Microsoft-servrar, Citrix, SQL, SharePoint och många andra systemtyper och applikationer, som stöds från våra många datacenter. Du kommer att ha ett nära samarbete med vårt nordiska team och vår servicedesk.

Vi kommer att förlita oss på att du:

• Ansvara för all support på plats för alla Oliver Wyman kollegor i Stockholm, Sverige
• Installera / underhålla PC- och Mac-arbetsstationer och skrivare
• Administrera och installera mobiltelefoner
• Delta i tekniska driftsuppgifter och felsökning
• Arbeta med våra incidentsystem
• Hantera lagring och inköp av IT-utrustning

Vad du behöver ha:

• Minst 4 års erfarenhet i en liknande position
• Ett stort intresse och entusiasm för teknik
• Tidigare erfarenhet av support av mjukvara och hårdvara
  • ITIL-certifierad eller erfarenhet
  • Skrivare och AV-utrustning (Zoom, Teams, WebEx)
  • Active Directory / ARS
  • Standardoperativsystem som Windows 10/11
  • SCCM
  • Erfarenhet av att stödja Microsoft Office (O365)-paketet
  • Support/ärendesystem
• Flytande tal och skrift på Svenska
• Flytande tal och skrift på Engelska
• Vi ser gärna att du är kundorienterad och självmotiverande för att göra utmärkt användarsupport.

Vad får dig att sticka ut:

• Utmärkt kommunikationsförmåga både skriftligt och muntligt, med förmåga att kommunicera effektivt med en mängd olika kollegor
• Bevisad förmåga i en kundinriktad roll
• Tidigare erfarenhet inom en medelstor IT Service Desk eller liknande Service Desk supportroll i en ITIL-miljö skulle vara mycket fördelaktigt

We are looking for a colleague for our IT department in Stockholm, Sweden who can support our local users in Oliver Wyman. Our environment is particularly comprehensive at local, Nordic, and global level, and consists of, among other things, of Microsoft servers, Citrix, SQL, SharePoint and many other system types and applications, which are supported from our many data centres. You will have a close collaboration with our Nordic team and our service desk.

We will rely on you to:

• Be responsible for all on-site support for all colleagues in Stockholm, Sweden
• Prepare / maintain PC and Mac workstations and printers
• Administer and prepare mobile phones
• Participate in technical operational tasks and troubleshooting
• Work with our Incident system
• Manage storage and procurement of IT equipment

What you need to have:

• At least 4 years’ experience in a similar position
• A keen interest and enthusiasm for technology
• Previous experience supporting software and hardware
  • ITIL certified or experience
  • Printers, and AV equipment (Zoom, Teams, WebEx)
  • Active Directory / ARS
  • Standard operating systems such as Windows 10/11
  • SCCM
  • Experience supporting Microsoft Office (O365) suite
  • Support/Ticket systems
• Fluency writing/speaking Swedish is a requirement
• Fluency writing/speaking English is a requirement
• You should be a self-motivated individual who gains satisfaction from providing excellent customer service

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of colleagues.
• Proven ability in a customer facing role.
• Previous experience within a medium sized IT Service Desk, or similar Service Desk support role in an ITIL environment would be highly advantageous
